With a large-scale multiyear development plan for residential and resort accommodations, associated commercial uses, Silvertip Resort is one of Canada's largest resort real estate developments.
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to create effective marketing campaigns along with the design and execution of presentation centers at both resort properties.
- Monitor industry trends and current market developments to understand the direction of the industry and the impact on Silvertips offerings.
- Build and effectively lead, coach and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Build and analyze annual budget plans effectively scheduling expenditures.
- Plan, lead, and execute all real estate sales operations.
- Develop a multi-year strategy for real estate sales of residential and resort accommodation.
- Act as an external ambassador for Stone Creek Resorts; expand awareness of the organization and actively engage in lead generation and management.
- Work with Stone Creek's leadership to implement a market-driven annual strategy to achieve agreed upon revenue goals and the company's mission. ($50 - 100MM sales per year).
- In conjunction with the Director of Marketing ensure the effective management of leads and customers in our CRM database.
- Minimum +15 years of proven experience creating and leading Real Estate sales teams.
- Strong background and knowledge in developing real estate launch programs.
- Large scale luxury real estate development sales experience required.
- You are a sales executive who is highly driven with strong business acumen and understanding of the market.
- You have a university level degree.
- You have a positive outlook and attitude with the ability to take ownership, be accountable, have tenacious follow-through, manage details, and offer creative out of the box problem-solving solutions.
- You are a proactive, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time.
- You are energetic, enthusiastic, flexible, persuasive with strong influencing skills making you a confident communicator and presenter.
- You have proven your ability to be a team player.
