Robert Half is hiring now for a results-oriented and accomplished Director of Information Technology to fulfill a role for our Client. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficient planning, arrangement, and management of information technology (IT) services and support throughout MESC. You will be in charge of managing resources, coordinating IT projects, and supervising IT personnel. Additionally, your role will be in charge of finding, choosing, and implementing the right technological resources to support company goals and objectives, possess a solid awareness of the educational technology requirements for schools as well as data-informed teaching strategies that assist student learning. You will utilize your top-notch technical skills of programming concepts, software development cycles and associated tools and platforms and databases. You are knowledgeable and have an understanding of Nehiyawewin culture and language, and have a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development to support organizational goals. Our Client is based in Maskwacis, AB and will require you to work in office.

Requirements
MUST HAVES:

• It is necessary to have prior knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerSchool, Dossier, Atrieve, and possibly other programs.
• IT management experience of at least five years in direct employment is necessary.
• Expertise in server, operating system, and networking architectures.
• To be proficient in the role, you must have a bachelor's degree in computer science or an acceptable combination of education.
