We have an exciting opportunity for a talented senior leader in the role of the Director of Information Technology. The right candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of relevant IT experience and a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience.
In this key position you will be responsible for providing general planning, arrangement, and management of information technology (IT) services and support throughout the Firm. The Director of IT will manage resources, coordinate, and oversee IT projects, and supervise the Systems Administrator.
Your core duties will include:
·Formulate and deploy long-term strategic plans for acquiring and enabling efficient and cost-effective information management, IT services & technologies.
·Oversee all IT operations including staff and infrastructure.
·Devise and establish IT policies.
·Analyze the business requirements to determine technology needs.
·Develop, implement, and evaluate IT projects in line with organizational objectives.
·Purchase efficient and cost-effective technological equipment and software.
·Maintain IT budget and report expenditures.
·Ensure the highest level of network security planning and compliance.
·Communicate new technologies & actively assist with deployment of new software.
·Maintain vendor relationships.
Your skills include:
·MS Server, MS SQL Server, Networks Security, Cybersecurity
·Microsoft 365, MS Hyper-V, MS AD, MS Azure AD, MS Exchange IIS, MS Power Automate
·Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems.
·Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
·Exceptional attention to detail, efficient, and organized.
·Able to cooperate with a variety of personality types and independently manage priorities.
·Exhibit a strong degree of confidentiality to the firm and firm matters.
Work Hours
·Full - time permanent position; 7 hour work day; flexible start times
