Digital Marketing Coordinator - Hybrid Remote

Location: Vancouver, BC
We are looking for digital savvy, highly organized Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our COBS Bread team.
Reporting to the Sr. Marketing Manager, Digital Customer Experience, your main responsibilities will be providing coordinator support to the Digital Marketing team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Administration & Coordination

• Administer bakery location operating hours, openings and changeovers on website, Google My Business, and other digital properties as needed
• Administer Intranet (SharePoint Portal) updates for Digital team
• Assist with budget tracking
• Other ad-hoc tasks as required
• Support rollout of Digital Customer Experience project launch, including content gathering and testing for new e-commerce website and mobile app
• Support execution against annual digital advertising plan
• Assist with invoice coding
• Manage online menu updates across all channels (CMS, online ordering, delivery partners, IT support desk)
• Conduct website maintenance and optimization including SEO

This role is perfect for someone looking to build experience on a digital team and grow their expertise in e-commerce and digital marketing. We would like to see some demonstration of experience in a professional environment and of your interest in this type of work.
The role is a mix of administrative tasks and support for the team and is an incredible opportunity to learn across a range of different functional areas within the digital space. The ideal candidate will meet each of the points below and hopefully some of those in the ‘bonus points’ section too!

• Experience managing administrative functions and processes in an office environment
• A go-getter attitude and willingness to “roll up sleeves” to get the job done within a lean team
• Pro-active work approach demonstrating high level of initiative and urgency
• Desire to always be learning
• Extremely high attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience in a Digital Marketing or E-commerce team
• An aptitude for problem solving

Bonus points for:

• Experience using CRM and CMS platforms
• Experience in managing e-commerce food menus and online partner menus
• Experience using Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools
• Knowledge of Retail and/or Franchising businesses
