Job Title: Product/Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Product/Project Manager to join our team. As a Product/Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of our company by leading the development and launch of innovative products and projects.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for project communication, ensuring stakeholders are informed of project progress and status updates
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and develop product strategies that align with business goals
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, sales materials, and product positioning
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget
• Monitor and analyze product performance and customer feedback, and make data-driven recommendations for product improvements and new product development opportunities
• Lead cross-functional teams including product development, engineering, design, and marketing to deliver high-quality products and projects
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product/Project Manager, preferably in a technology-driven company
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects from start to finish
• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
