Detection Specialist I Jobs

Job Duties

• Know and adhere to all current company policies, procedures and protocols and any others which the company may introduce or revise from time to time
• Conduct video guard tours and/or patrols and follow defined protocols to escalate
• Attain proficiency in video management software (e.g., Detexi, Sureview-Immix, Avigilon, StealthVision, etc.) utilized to monitor client sites
• Meeting the standards of monitoring as defined by management
• Ensure all systems are online, noting any malfunctions and notifying the Supervisor of all issues
• Monitoring the CCTVs for assigned sites and escalating the events based on the most appropriate escalation type
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn new technologies in CCTV monitoring
• 0-2 years of experience

• Ability to sit for long period of time while carrying out monitoring duties
• Highly detail oriented to ensure that all work performed is of the highest quality and meets all defined protocols
• Flexible in assuming assigned shifts
• Computer literate and excellent knowledge / willingness to learn of video monitoring software
• Ability to respond quickly and decisively to potential security situations

Working Conditions

• Must be able to work 40 hours per week; flexibility in schedule is require
