Delphi Bilingual Application Developer

ABOUT THE ROLE - Looking for Delphi Developers !!

The primary areas of responsibilities are:

• Develop, define, and drive the documentation of standards and patterns for design
• Reviews code and performs unit, functional and integrated testing to ensure quality standards are met
• Architectural system expertise and direction for the development of technical solutions for internal systems and related applications. Define the technical architecture designs and patterns to support the various solution components example: application modules, integration, migration, reporting, security, etc.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING / QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bi-lingual in French and English is a must!!
• Solid background in the technology aspects of implementing large complex integrated system.
• Strong knowledge and experience of systems design
• Strong understanding of common business processes and practices
• Strong background and experience with relational databases such as Pervasive PSQL (Actian ver. 15) or MS SQL
• Knowledge of Visual Studio 2017 or higher, Azure DevOps, GitHub, TFS, Visual Source Safe and MS Project server.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience on Delphi 7 or higher version (e.g. Delphi 11.1)
• Solid application development skills and strong software development lifecycle knowledge

Additional skill set (preferred):

1. Strong background and programming experience of MS SQL database, MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle, TSQL, PL-SQL, SSRS, SSAS, SSIS.
2. Integration Technologies (an asset to have): SSIS, REST API’s, Message Queue, Service Bus, API Gateway’s, XML, YAML, JSON.
3. Demonstrated Strong knowledge and experience on C#, Asynchronous programming patterns, multi-threaded applications, .Net, Web Services.

• Knowledge of JIRA or other task management tools would be an asset.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps would be an asset.
• Knowledge of Change Management, Incident Management, and Project Management would be an asset.
