Data Entry Specialist - Scheduler

key responsibilities may include:

• Maintain office supply levels and organize common areas around the office
• Operate common office equipment, like scanners and printers.
• Assume the responsibility of accurate data entry.
• Communicate with field supervisor on upcoming projects / jobs
• Other duties as requested or assigned
• Organize existing data in a spreadsheet.
• Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records.
• Communicate with customers to determine the appropriate traffic set up for their projects
• Responsible for entry of new orders into various traffic software
• Communicate with customers daily for new traffic requests

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 10 hour shift
• Day shift

Requirements:

• Comfortable dealing with numbers
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel)
• Proficiency in English
• This is a full-time on site position
• Proven experience as a data entry specialist
• High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness
• Results-driven and patient
• Adherence to laws and best practices in regards to dealing with customers and data
