Data Entry Specialist Jobs

Our valued client, a large Oil & Gas company are seeking a Data Entry Operator to join their Calgary team on a long-term contract basis.

About the role:

Requires diploma/certificate to university degree depending on complexity, autonomy and context of the work.

Minimum 2-6 years of hands-on experience in managing and maintaining Master Data information in SAP preferably SAP Plant Maintenance Module.

Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Makes decisions and recommendations on highly technical or complex issues and without formal guidelines or precedents and exercises resourcefulness and ingenuity to interpret business requirements.

Responsible for maintaining asset and maintenance program information in SAP.

Advises on process, issues, urgent matters and requests submitted by the stakeholders being Projects, Operations & Engineering Teams.

Assist team members to meet project/initiative, schedule and quality on all requirements pertaining to Asset & Maintenance

Program information management best practices; collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to manage their information;

Utilize project management skills to manage multiple initiatives and provide progress reporting and status updates;

Conduct self-audits to assess gaps and determine and implement corrective action;

Lead and practice an environment of continuous improvement to ensure optimization of the information in SAP;

Collaborate and coordinate the publication of training materials,

FAQ's cheat sheets etc.; plan and coordinate training sessions as required (in person, via conference calls or Teams sessions).
