CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER
My client, a west of Ireland, FinTech organisation, seeks to hire a new Customer Success Manager to join their team. Due to business growth, you will be responsible for leading the relationships with all their customers. This role will suit someone with 5+ years Customer Success experience, ideally from a FinTech background. This is a permanent role, on a hybrid basis, either West of Ireland or Dublin, candidate location depending.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop strong relationships with customers, connecting key business owners and driving adoption of our product.
  • Develop clear and positive working relationships with our clients and manage the delivery against the client backdrop across various countries.
  • Understand, map, and systematically remove any blocker preventing a customer from achieving enterprise-wide transformation.
  • Lead the value-based projects using your organizational change skills, and drive adoption at scale to expedite the customers’ MURAL time-to-value.
  • Uncover opportunities for revenue growth and close cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Manage team of customer success managers
  • Lead discovery sessions to uncover customers' goals, challenges, and critical success factors in order to define their value-based Success Plans
  • Meticulously project manage programs that will help customers drive business value and revenue expansion.
  • Work collaboratively in Customer Success in leading customer implementations process.
Requirements
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones (customers, teammates)
  • Strong communication, presentation & facilitation skills to convey complex ideas persuasively with customers and colleagues at all levels.
  • Ability to run multiple, complex programs and manage multiple levels of business stakeholders from a remote location.
  • 5+ years proven history in customer-facing customer success or consulting industries. SaaS experience preferred.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and highly comfortable navigating ambiguity of a maturing organization.
