Customer Service Specialist / Entry Level (Remote)

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Process orders and returns accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
• Provide product information and assistance to customers
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met
• Provide feedback to management to improve customer service processes and procedures

Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with customer service software, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk, is preferred but not required
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Previous customer service experience is an asset but not required
• Fluent in English (French or Spanish is an asset but not required)
