Job Description
Summary


The Client Care Representative is responsible for being on the front lines and directly resolving issues from our Mobility Radio Clients. Patience, devotion and a strong talent for negotiation, verbal communication as well as very good listening skills and a strong willpower to make a difference. The candidate needs to offer a superior quality of service while using the tools available to him/her in a continuously changing environment.


Responsibilities


  • Complete service orders
  • Responsible for responding to customer requests in a prompt, accurate, and professional manner
  • Manage and update the inventory system.
  • Work with both internal and external teams to ensure the customer’s needs are met
  • Process invoices and complete billing
  • Develop and maintain good client relationships while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Process customer requests through utilization of the CRM tool


Qualifications


  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Detail oriented
  • Able to prioritize and multi-task at a high level.
  • Bilingualism in French/English is mandatory.
  • Self-motivated, self-governing, and accountable
  • Basic accounting knowledge is an asset.
  • Able to solve problems analytically.
  • As required to meet customer’s needs, successful candidate must pass , OPP background checks as well as the one from the Sûreté du Québec.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service.
  • Ability to adapt to change, in a competitive environment where priorities change frequently.

Il incombe au représentant du service à la clientèle d’être en première ligne et de résoudre directement les problèmes de nos clients de Mobilité Radio. Patience, dévouement, avoir un grand talent pour la négociation, la communication verbale, une très bonne capacité d’écoute ainsi qu’un une forte volonté de faire la différence sont de mise. Le candidat devra offrir un service de qualité supérieure tout en utilisant les outils à sa disposition dans un environnement en constante évolution.


RESPONSABILITÉS


  • Responsable de répondre aux demandes des clients de manière rapide, précise et professionnelle
  • Développer et entretenir de bonnes relations avec les clients tout en garantissant la confidentialité
  • Travailler avec des équipes internes et externes pour s’assurer que les besoins du client sont satisfaits
  • Créer des commandes de service completes
  • Traiter les demandes des clients grâce à l'utilisation de l'outil CRM
  • Traiter les factures et compléter la facturation
  • Gérer et mettre à jour le système d'inventaire


Qualifications


  • Comme requis, pour répondre aux besoins des clients, le candidat retenu devra passer avec succès, la vérification des antécédents effectuée par , par la Police Provinciale de l'Ontario (OPP) ainsi que celle de la Sureté du Québec.
  • Le bilinguisme français / anglais est obligatoire
  • Capable de prioriser et d'effectuer plusieurs tâches à haut niveau
  • Capacité d'adaptation au changement, dans un environnement concurrentiel où les priorités changent fréquemment Auto-motivé, autonome et responsable
  • Compétences avancées dans Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Capable de résoudre les problèmes de manière analytique
  • Avoir le souci du détai
  • Avoir au moins trois ans d’expérience en service à la clientèle
  • Connaissance des notions de base de comptabilité est un atout
