YOUR MISSION


As the Customer Data & Analytics team Manager, you will drive insights about our customers from our vast amounts of data to help shape the future of our digital ecosystem. This key role demands a highly skilled professional with a background in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or Computer Science, and considerable experience in marketing, business, and customer analytics.


Key Responsibilities


  • Set and communicate the team's objectives in alignment with the strategic vision, with the support of your director.
  • Develop and manage the short-term, mid-term, and long-term technical stack roadmap and strategy, ensuring our technology capabilities align with business needs and strategic objectives.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and apply best practices in data analytics pertinent to the entertainment industry.
  • Manage suppliers effectively, oversee contract negotiation and renewals, involving Procurement and Legal when necessary.
  • Identify new business opportunities leveraging existing data infrastructure or suggesting new integrations.
  • Manage data science projects end-to-end, from definition to implementation.
  • Leverage knowledge of CDP/DMP marketing tools and audience segmentation development to optimize our customer understanding and outreach.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for data analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Oversee the implementation and management of web multi-platofrms tracking tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
  • Coach team members regularly to support their ongoing career development and growth.
  • Organize performance review meetings at least twice a year for employees and consultants to discuss performance reviews and future goals.
  • Continuously seek ways to increase your team's efficiency, driving optimization and improvement.
  • Ensure alignment and collaboration with other team Managers/Directors across the organization.
  • Build cohesion and engagement within your entire team, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
  • Lead a team of Analysts, Data Scientists, Data Engineers and Developers, nurturing their growth and ensuring delivery of high-quality work.
  • Support the hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees to ensure a seamless integration into the team.
  • Support the team with reporting platforms like Power BI, Looker, etc., following the best practices.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts and analytical findings in an understandable way to business stakeholders and executives.
  • Provide guidance with cloud environment technologies and development tools.


YOUR UNIQUE EXPERTISE


  • Advanced professional experience in marketing, business, and customer analytics.
  • Proven experience managing a team of Analysts, Data Engineers, and Developers.
  • Proficiency in web tracking tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business Intelligence, Data Analytics or Computer Science.
  • Familiarity with the entertainment industry is a plus.
  • Experience with reporting platforms and data visualization
