As we continue our international expansion, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled CRM Quality Tester to join our Canadian team.

Job Summary: We are seeking a contract-based CRM Quality Tester to support the registration, KYC verification, and management of client accounts on our CRM tracking product. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent communication skills. They must be comfortable working with confidential information and have a strong understanding of KYC compliance regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting KYC verification for clients using their own information and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Registering clients on our CRM tracking product using the credentials provided by the company.
• Communicating with clients as necessary to resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the account management process.
• Managing client accounts in accordance with assigned account types, which may include logging in, depositing, and other specific actions at given intervals.
• Generating regular reports on progress and highlighting any exceptional findings or issues to management.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
• The ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• No previous experience required.
