Your opportunity: UTM's Print Shop is part of Hospitality & Ancillary Services and is responsible for, among other things, printing all exams, scanning exams into grading software programs, and supporting students, staff, and faculty with all of their production and specialty printing needs. The Print Shop works in tandem with UTM's Mail Room to facilitate the delivery of completed print requests on campus. Hospitality & Ancillary Services is committed to creating exceptional experiences for the UTM community and supporting the success of all students, staff, and faculty on campus. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Preparing, assembling and setting-up material, equipment and supplies according to the needs of the facility
  • Efficient
  • Relevant experience in a post-secondary environment is considered an asset
  • Minimum one year of relevant experience
  • Verifying the accuracy and completeness of documents
  • Multi-tasker
  • Liaising with clients to resolve minor complaints and address issues
  • Experience using accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks) is considered an asset
  • Production printing experience is required
  • Identifying and reporting equipment repairand replacement needs
  • Formatting graphic design materials for print
  • High School Diploma or acceptable combination of equivalent experience.
