Convergence Of Vehicle Issue

Responsibilities

• Assembly plant issues lists and dashboards and path to their resolution.
• Manage part and assembly conformity for functions.
• Track analysis activities to ensure the pace of issue recognition,
• Issue delivery to the technical team and management with the respective root cause.
• Design validation and change request management for various vehicle areas.
• Drive regular meetings and activities to insure design conformity and plant issue resolution.
• Define resolution pilots and drive the delivery coordination.
• Manage escalation process with the Launch Project Manager for red KPI and their status.

• Strong communication skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Conformity metrics, knowledge of metrology data analysis.
• Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge in basic statistics and process control.
• Design experience, understanding of assembly sequence and processes.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering education.
• Dimensional management methods, Root Cause Analysis & issue solving process.
• High level of proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Proficient in Microsoft suit and Google, TeamCenter Cad
• Strong understanding of GD&T concepts and documentation.
