Utilize project management skills to prioritize conflicting vehicle access requests and resolve scheduling conflicts.

Experience in coordination, project management, or logistics.

Collaborate closely with engineering teams and technical project managers to understand vehicle requirements for development, testing, and troubleshooting.

Proactively plan and anticipate vehicle access needs based on project timelines and technical requirements.

Develop a foundational understanding of engineering projects and technical requirements to accurately assess vehicle needs.

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding vehicle access status, changes, and requirements.

Working knowledge with lean principles (visual management, Kaizen, Kanban, Gemba) valued

Coordinate site management with the Delivery and Mobile Operations Manager, and the Service Manager to ensure customer commitments are met

Primarily responsible for onsite problem-solving including surfacing problems, gap analysis, delegation, project management, and communicating outcomes with quantifiable metrics

Experience using software applications, including Microsoft Suite to create and manage spreadsheets, documents and presentations

Lead a team of multiple associates, leads, and assistant managers with the ability to step in and complete require

Create organizational consistency, standardization, and ensure standards are met throughout the operations

Work hand in hand with all regional territory managers and fill your weekly schedule with vehicle inspection volume

Automotive knowledge a huge plus

Excellent reading / writing skills as well as the ability to make sound decisions and exercise common sense

Visit dealerships to capture vehicle information & photos for upcoming EBlock auctions

Build, enhance, and nurture customer relationships to secure customer loyalty and increase volume of vehicle inspections

Assume direct responsibility for dealer consignment inspections meeting specified targets.

Work hand in hand with all regional territory managers and fill your weekly schedule with vehicle inspection volume

Specific Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• High level presentations will require applicant with Excel, PowerPoint & good to great communication skills.

• Knowledge of APQP/PPAP & Supplier Quality Manual.

• Knowledge of defect resolution, escalation processes and follow up.

• Knowledge of metrology principles and understanding of Statistical analysis and process control.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communications skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Issue delivery to the technical team and management with the respective root cause.

Design validation and change request management for various vehicle areas.

Dimensional management methods, Root Cause Analysis & issue solving process.

Manage part and assembly conformity for functions.

Manage escalation process with the Launch Project Manager for red KPI and their status.

Bachelor of Science in Engineering education.

Minimum 4 years of licensed driving experiences

Excellent PC skills, particularly MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

Operate a vehicle in a designated area for data collection

Start/Stop recording devices and do minor equipment/software debugging when necessary. Analyze/report data collected during shift

Provide feedback and suggest improvements to improve data collection processes

Write daily drive reports detailing observations and issues
