Description

Our client in the property management and development industry, is looking for a Controller to complete a 12-month contract. This Controller will be supporting a team of two direct reports and up to 15 indirect reports. This successful candidate will provide, leadership, coaching and training to the Operations Accounting team. Management reporting, cash management and forecasting are crucial in this role. The Controller will be highly involved in review and analysis.

Requirements

MUST HAVES:

• 5 years of relevant experience including supervisory experience
• An accounting designation is preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and process improvement mindset, alongside a collaborative approach are key to be successful
