AutoPilot is seeking motivated and tech-savvy individuals to join our team as a Content Curator. As a Content Curator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients have a seamless and successful experience with our AutoPilot platform. This will enable brands to quickly establish their online presence without the need for coding or content creation. We are a dynamic company at the forefront of revolutionizing website creation. What you’ll do:

●Work collaboratively with the VP of Operations to onboard new clients

●Validate client submitted sign up information and ensure a positive client website experience

●Create and set up client websites using the AutoPilot platform

●Assist with training sessions to educate clients on how to effectively use the AutoPilot platform to manage and maintain their websites

●Provide exceptional client support and promptly address any inquiries or issues that arise

●Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition from onboarding to ongoing customer success

●Proactively identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process and suggest solutions to enhance the overall client experience

●Keep accurate records of client interactions and onboarding progress

Who you are:

●High school diploma or equivalent education

●Minimum of 2 years of client service or client-facing work experience

●Excellent oral and written communication skills

●Tech-savvy and strong understanding of website building platforms is a plus

●Strong organizational and time management abilities

●Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

●Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

●Demonstrated professionalism and ability to represent the company effectively

●Familiarity with website design and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus
