XARIIA is developing an innovative solution to revolutionize the fashion industry by automating the time-consuming pattern print design process with an image-generating AI that creates custom designs in seconds based on user-selected parameters, utilizing forecasted and data-driven fashion trends, resulting in designs that are 80% cheaper and have a 90x faster turnaround time, allowing the user to view the design in real-time (3D + AR), providing a superior user experience.

We are looking for exceptional talent where brilliant software developer meets entrepreneur. You will be responsible for creating and executing the technology roadmap within the company. The ideal person for this role will have a strategic mindset and experience growing and developing technology.

You have a high degree of user empathy and actively seek to test, learn and iterate based on user feedback.

As the visionary and Machine learning engineer, your responsibilities include:

• Build native apps that meet industry needs and expectations.
• Devise a disciplined, agile development process, striking the right balance between rapid iteration and well-tested code.
• Lead and guide engineering, design, and use resources as required to deliver the product roadmap.
• Remains flexible and is ready for scale.
• Ready to learn the technology that's needed for the product.
• Build integrations with our industry partners and 3rd party providers.

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree (preferred)

The candidate should have experience as a full-stack developer with a deep knowledge of programming, coding, cloud-based infrastructure, and software architecture design.

The candidate should have experience in product development, have a perspective about startups, and possibly have worked with a start-up in the past.
