Clinical Research Associate
I am currently partnered up with a leading pharmaceutical company based in Toronto, focused on developing innovative therapies for a variety of diseases. They are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Clinical Research Associate to join their team.

They are looking for a clinical research associate (CRA) who has strong knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements, excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, flexibility, problem-solving skills, and a passion for clinical research. They would also be self-motivated, proactive, and committed to maintaining high data quality and patient safety standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Communicate with study sites and sponsor representatives to ensure study success
- Maintain study files and documents
- Manage study timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Identify and resolve study-related issues and deviations
- Ensure compliance with study protocols, ICH/GCP guidelines, and applicable regulations
- Identify patients eligible for studies
- Ensure accurate and timely data collection and reporting
- Conduct pre-study, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits
Basic Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- MUST have 3+ years experience as a CRA monitoring experience.
- Phase I-IV.
- MUST have therapeutic experience in Medical Devices or Oncology.
