- Work with the innovations team to conduct field tests and provide customer feedback

- Understand the mechanics of UTV’s, ATV’s and zero-turn mowers to provide technical support to our clients and team
- Implement a comprehensive and efficient service support system for clients seeking assistance with their zero-turn lawn mowers and outdoor power equipment
- Utilize market insights to align client care strategies with customer preferences and demands
- Develop and lead a team of client care specialist, to deliver outstanding service and support
