Clerk - Materials Jobs

The Clerk - Materials position is responsible for providing efficient and effective support to the Materials Department.

Powering Vehicles, Motion, Work, and Lives since 1966.

Performance Expectations

• Ensure complete accuracy when executing customer shipments
• Other duties as assigned by materials supervisor
• Monitor shipping supplies and order as required
• Creation of Labels and completely accurate application to customer product
• Organize and complete receiving paperwork daily
• Assist with the shipping dock during staging of loads
• Scanning of load
• Completion of Customs Paperwork
• Effective communication with QA and other departments to ensure all loads are completed within assigned window
• Initiate/complete courier shipments each day

Credentials

• Able to use computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to read lists of products, stock numbers, quantities and prices.
• High School Diploma or equivalent general education and previous work experience.

Desired Characteristics

• Able to interact with materials staff to take on various tasks and discuss changes in service policy with supervisors.
• Demonstrate strong inventory control and stock keeping capabilities
