Responsibilities:

• ·Develop and implement the company's strategic plan to drive growth and profitability
• ·Build and maintain strong relationship network of customers.

• ·Manage and develop a high-performing team
• ·Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of their own company
• ·Oversee your own personal development and delivery of our personal development training courses

Requirements:

• ·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• ·Passion for personal development and helping others achieve their goals
• ·Proven track record of success in a leadership role
• ·10+ years of experience in entrepreneurship, personal development training, or a related field
• ·Tertiary education in business, entrepreneurship, or a related field
• ·Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• ·Ability to work independently and as part of a team
