Job description

We are looking for BIPOC and non-BIPOC registered and insured practitioners (independent contractors) to join our team!! We are looking for helping professionals that are passionate about learning, caring and growth that leads to positive daily and generational impact for ourselves and the individuals, families, and communities that we serve.

Consider CCWC your own virtual office space! This position is currently 100% remote, with options for in-person sessions (in-home visits and/or at-home office). Working with CCWC offers the freedom and flexibility of a private practice with the bonus of continuous support of an organization.

We are currently recruiting:

• Registered Social Service Workers and Registered Social Workers
• Certified and/or Registered Practitioners - Marriage Counsellors, Christian Counsellors, Registered Nurses, Play Therapist, Lawyers, Registered Midwives, Registered Massage Therapist, Speech Therapist, Sex Therapist, Registered Dietitians, Personal Trainers, Nutritional Doctors & Practitioners, Registered Psychologist/Psychologist Associates, Addiction Counsellors etc.

Training, personal, professional, and lived experience with Social Work modalities and evidence-based approaches considered beneficial and an asset (ie. CBT, DBT, SafeTalk, CPR, strength-based approach, trauma-informed lens, Life Coach certification, faith-based certificates/diplomas/degrees etc.)

RSSW - 75/25

RSW/RPsych/RPsychA, Registered Service Providers & Clinical Practitioners - 80/20

PhD & Multilingual Registered Practitioners - 85/15

All in person visits - in office, in home and in the community - 90/10

Requirements (virtual and in-person):

• Online/Social Media posting experience and presence (Ex. Psychology Today, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
• Effective time management skills, with the ability to work independently and cooperatively in a busy multidisciplinary environment
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, assessment, problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Registered - Member in good standing with CRPO, OCSWSSW, CASW or practitioner's relevant regulatory organization
• Insured – proof of valid Professional Liability Insurance
• BONUS – Bilingual/Multilingual/ESL - fluent in a language other than English
• Police Record Check or Current Employer Reference (within 12 months)
• A quiet, dedicated, private office or workspace

Requirements (in-person only):

• Valid Driver's License & Vehicle Insurance
• CPR & First Aid Certification

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Freelance

Salary: $60-$140+ Hourly; Compensation based on education/experience, service industry and service area
