3-5 years of critical care experience strongly preferred

Previous experience in providing crisis and bereavement counseling

Qualifications (minimum Education and Experience requirements):

Demonstrated conflict management/crisis prevention skills

Providing ongoing updates in both oral and written form to the Manager of Outreach Services and client case management challenges

Collecting and maintaining complete records and program statistics following the principles and intensive case management process;

Working collaboratively with Resident Services and the Manager of Resident Services to address issues negatively impacting tenancies; and

Effective time management skills, with the ability to work independently and cooperatively in a busy multidisciplinary environment

$60-$140+ Hourly; Compensation based on education/experience, service industry and service area

Excellent interpersonal, communication, assessment, problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills

Online/Social Media posting experience and presence (Ex. Psychology Today, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)

CPR & First Aid Certification

Registered Social Service Workers and Registered Social Workers

Training in stress management in crisis situations (CISM) and/or certification in EMDR;

Perform a preliminary assessment of the situation in the workplace, and offer coaching and support to managers;

Minimum (3) three years post-grad clinical experience;

Experience providing group counselling/ debriefing/ defusing is a must;

Demonstrates organizational skills and ability to complete assignments in a timely fashion
