Business Systems Analyst Jobs

Contract Position

* University degree or college diploma in information technology, project management, business analysis,

or a related field

* A minimum of five (5) years of recent related experience as a senior business analyst role within the

information technology sector

* Demonstrated ability to communicate to all levels of an organization, using clear and compelling written

products and oral presentations/briefings

* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve objective

Nice to Have

Business systems or business analysts' certifications

* Change management experience

Day-to-Day

Under the direction of Program Manager of Currency Portfolio:

* Assist with key areas in the project including: business requirements and producing key business artifacts

using best practices

* Assist with the project analysis phase by gathering, documenting, and managing user needs and

requirements as they relate to the deployment of various project phases

* Provide analysis by undertaking information gathering and analysis and by eliciting the details of user

requirements in discussion with internal and external users

* Partner with key stakeholders across ITS, the Bank and external stakeholders to support the execution of

specific engagement strategies and plans

* Assess the impact of the proposed business requirements on the systems and collaborate with technical

specialists to propose solutions

* Develop and improve business processes within the technology and business departments

* Facilitate presentations (Prepare and deliver presentations and status reports to project team and

stakeholders)

* Support the transition of the solution to operations using a hybrid project delivery methodology

* Participate in functional and user experience testing with the project stakeholders

* Other activities and deliverables, as required
