Business Analyst (Insurance) – Remote Role

We are currently looking for (3) Business Analysts (Insurance) for one of our clients in the insurance industry.

• Work schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 pm.
• Hourly salary of $39.41 to $76.94 (based on experience).

Responsibilities:

• Influencing your teammates with your positive attitude and passion for your role!
• Preparing our business partners for changes that are introduced and articulating what it will mean for them specifically.
• Understanding the business impacts of projects. There will be heavy focus on determining the impacts to our business processes and building new or revised processes to enable our business partners to deliver seamlessly after project launch.
• Capitalizing on your ability to build and foster positive, effective relationships to strengthen your partnership with key stakeholders.
• Using your strong communication skills to collaborate with working groups and document business needs.
• Using your analytical and critical thinking skills to ask questions, understand our business drivers and needs, and bring order and precision via detailed business requirements.

What you will need to succeed:

• Experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on process analysis and process review.
• Experience with process mapping and/or process design.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products is required. Power Point, Confluence, and JIRA experience would be an asset.
• Ability to foster positive relationships and effectively lead various sized groups to attain collaborative and innovative solutions.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in business analysis.
• Adaptable and great aptitude for change; reprioritize conflicting workloads and deliverables.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills while working in a face-paced environment with changing priorities.
• 2+ years experience in Financial Services, especially Insurance.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills, with ability to adjust for different audiences.
