2 Years of General Insurance experience are required with preference of applicants with VIP Personal lines expertise. We encourage and pay for CIP and CAIB courses for qualified staff that are interested in professional growth.

Hours of work:

• 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday-Friday

Daily activities:

• Answer client phone calls / emails

• Analyze Insurance needs of clientele

• Quoting of existing and new business NOTE: We do not advertise, market, or solicit clients (organic referrals only)

• Correspond with Insurance Company Underwriters to find appropriate coverage and negotiate coverage placement

• Review, process renewals and remarket if / when necessary

What you bring to the table:

• Alberta General Level I or II license (BC, SK & MB license also an asset)

• Friendly, Positive & Professional attitude

• Customer centric focus

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skill
