We have an exciting Marketing opportunity on our Food Service Marketing Team as Brand Manager – Health Care. This role is based out of our Mississauga Head Office location (60% in-office, 40% remote) and plays a key role in leading the strategic development, planning, and implementation of Campbells Healthcare Brands (Eating Smart, Texture Modified Foods, Advance Cuisine), Campbell’s Classic Soups (Shelf Stable Soups) and Frozen Entrees. Responsibilities include development and execution for long and short-term strategic marketing plans, financial profitably, commercialization of new products, support demand forecasting, agency management, and development of growth opportunities. The successful candidate will play an integral role within the Health Care industry, supporting sales with health care expertise, as well as representing Campbell’s with industry relations (IDDSI). Registered Dietician license required.

Work with various other creative agencies to produce point of sale (POS) and a variety of marketing materials for brands

Category Management
- Ensure financial profitability through profit & loss (P&L) management and Pricing Strategy
- Development of promotion and marketing communications
- Set strategic and execute direction of marketing plans
- Work with cross-functional partners to ensure appropriate product supply, including sales strategy and planning and supply chain
- Actively monitor sales performance working with internal cross functional partners in sales
- Support brand forecast, provide insights and knowledge
- Work with team to develop presentations and recommendations for key accounts.
- Support Sales team with new business opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to grow with strategic customers.
- Create direction for cross-functional partners
- Be the liaison for Campbell’s and other HC industry partners (IDDSI)
- Provide consumer, category, and competitive insights and co-develop targeted selling propositions
- Communicate project status, issues, and opportunities to the broader organization
- Lead initiatives and launch new products within the Campbell commercialization process
