Bilingual Receptionist - Contract - 15680
About The Opportunity
Do you enjoying providing clients with the first impression of an organization? Do you like interacting with assisting others? If so, we have a role for you! client in Ottawa is looking for a receptionist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering and directing incoming calls and carrying out administrative tasks. This role will be approximately 6 months to start and has the strong possibility of extension or permanency.
Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Preparing board rooms for meetings
  • Tracking information and managing spreadsheets
  • Assisting with ad hoc projects
  • Answering and directing all incoming calls
  • Formatting documents
  • Greeting all guests and managing couriers
About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • A strong work ethic
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Reception/Administration
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
About The Job
This role would offer between $20.00 and $25.00 per hour, dependent upon experience.
