Job Description
Are you a go-getter? Are you a people person who loves to interact with others and has a "can do "Attitude?
We are looking for a customer-oriented and adaptable candidate to take on a short-term contract as a Receptionist with our client the financial industry located in Pickering, This contract role is for approximately two weeks, with the potential for extension.

This is a fully onsite position and is located in the Pickering area.
Advantages
  • Competitive contract pay rate of $19-$21 per hour.
  • Monday to Friday 9-5 pm fully on site

Responsibilities
Receptionist duties are as follows:
  • Speaking to and addressing the concerns of customers
  • Greeting visitors by warmly welcoming and directing them appropriately
  • Administrative duties on an as-needed basis
  • Answering phone calls and emails
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a receptionist in an office setting
  • Customer service oriented
  • Administrative experience
