Bilingual Hr Manager (Part-Time, Work From Home)

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team and oversee various aspects of talent attraction, recruitment, onboarding, employee performance management, payroll process support, employee engagement, retention, and culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR processes and be able to effectively collaborate with managers and employees to support the organization's overall business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the performance management process and training initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, interviews, reference checks, employment offers, and onboarding.
• Design programs to boost morale, such as bonuses or recognition for top performers.
• Stay updated on relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Maintain the HRIS system and ensure the security and confidentiality of data.
• Create and administer employment policies and an employee handbook.
• Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure efficient HR support across the organization.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.
• Provide support for bi-weekly payroll processing.

Qualifications And Skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Fluent in both English and French and based in Montreal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
• Proficient in using HRIS and other HR software applications.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, regulations, and best practices.
• Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven experience in HR management roles, with a focus on talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.
