Requirements:
- Assist the Site Superintendent to lead project from beginning to occupancy
- Lead team to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
- Work closely with the Project Management team and update on any anticipated delays or changes in the scope of work;
- Preparation of the project schedule, Coordination of trades.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience (2+ years) in residential construction, preferably in a low-rise setting.
- Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations relevant to low-rise projects.
- Strong understanding of health and safety protocols and the ability to ensure compliance.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills to manage tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications or education is a plus.
