This position is a part of the Non-Academic Staff Association (NASA).
- A ssists with the implementation of the awards ceremony, car eer related events and webinars
- S upport volunteer intake and management for the Mentorship program
- O rganize the call for nominations and support the selection process for the Alumni Awards program
- L iaise with alumni award recipients to gather information needed to celebrate their achievements
- A dminister the Ualberta Alu mni LinkedIn account platform including approving membership requests and approving posts
- Manage the selection process for the Professi onal Development Grants program to determine who will receive funding
- Extensive knowledge of common office computer programs, including Microsoft Office suite and Google applications including Calendar and Docs and Drive
- Excellent organizational and planning skills with high level of attention to detail
- Mininum two years of experience providing program support
- Minimum of a diploma in a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work with confidential and sensitive information
- An ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- A university degree is preferred
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite an asset
