Architect Jobs

We are an Award Winning, dynamic, collaborative design team providing Residential Design services to clients throughout the Greater Vancouver area; with a mission of Service, Excellence and Innovation.

This position is on a full-time basis.

:

1.This person will be a Design Manager and Lead Architect.

2.Oversee on site measuring and drawing of as built conditions.

3.Oversee + develop and draw working drawings for construction and permitting by utilizing AutoCAD, based on sketches and designs.

4.Oversee + generate 3D drawings

5.On site meetings with clients, professionals, and team members

6.Architectural Design for renovations, custom homes, multi unit and T.I projects

Requirements:

·Architect AIBC

·Minimum 5 years experience in the residential construction industry

·Familiarity with the B.C. Building and Step Code & Municipal By Laws

·Experience with both renovation and new construction type projects

·Excellent communication skills and composure

·Excellent written and verbal command of the English language

·Experience and proficiency of AutoCAD and google SketchUp in addition to other similar software

·Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel and other basic computer skills

·Understanding of Worksafe BC residential construction Health & Safety Guidelines

·In this position you will be held to a high standard and must be willing to learn and expand your knowledge in this field. And build a growing collaborative team

·Built Green, Net Zero, Passive House and high-performance design experience is an asset.
