Requirements

• Knowledge of relevant technical and non-technical documentation.

• Ability to predict the costs of associated expensive building developments.
• Completed studies in mechanical engineering, architecture, or equivalent.
• Strong math skills such as algebra, geometry and basic arithmetic.
• A project management qualification is a big advantage.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable, conscientious and clear.
• Knowledge of the latest building regulations.
