  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards that pertain to the organization's operations.
  • Coordinate and manage various projects related to operations, including the annual Board of Directors Election process, ensuring timely completion and successful outcomes.
  • Support CNAR’s Board, ensuring smooth functioning and effective decision-making processes. This includes, but is not limited to, facilitating and coordinating logistics of Board events including Board and Committee meetings (both virtual and in-person); coordinating new Director Orientation; and providing the highest level of proactive senior executive administrative support to the Board Secretary.

Skills and Experience

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • A self-starter with the ability to thrive in a work-from-home environment.
  • Experience working with and supporting executive functions including supporting a Board of Directors.
  • Bilingual (French/English) is considered an asset.
  • Advanced oral and written business communication skills.
  • Post-secondary school diploma or degree from a College or University in a related field or a demonstrated combination of education and corporate administrative experience.

Compensation

  • $65K - $70K per year plus benefits (vision, dental, health) and potential for annual bonus.
