Administrative / Customer Service Representative

Ellis Pools & Const. Ltd is a locally owned and operated business that was brought to life in 2006.

A few years after opening for business, Ellis Pools opened a retail store with the full support of their loyal customers. With the retail store, we are able to offer our customers a large selection of Sani-Marc pool and spa chemicals, pool maintenance equipment, as well as a selection of pool toys and loungers. Also, we offer in-store water analysis at no charge.

We are currently looking to fill a part time showroom associate

& Qualifications

· Cash handling and maintaining a balanced cash float

· Answering telephone calls as well as responding to walk in customers

· Providing excellent customer service & Recommending products and services for our customers new and existing

· Providing water analysis and making appropriate recommendations

· Maintaining a clean and customer friendly shopping environment

· Reporting any customer concerns to the Office Manager in a timely fashion

This is a part-time position offering up to 20 hours a week. The ideal candidate will have part time weekly availability (Monday – Friday) and the availability to work Saturdays 9:00am – 2:00 pm

1 Year customer service, Office and /or Retail experience preferred but not required
