Adjunct Instructor - Economics And Finance, Vaughan

Niagara University's Vaughan site invites applications for adjunct instructors with the expertise needed to teach either or both of the following MBA courses, starting in the Fall 2023 semester:

FIN 644 (Investments): This course deals with the theories, analysis and management of equity and fixed income securities. The emphasis is on the application of finance, economics, accounting and statistics to the valuation of the aggregate stock market, asset pricing models, and portfolio management.

FIN 681(Derivative Securities): This course is an introduction to the analysis and use of derivative securities, such as options, futures, forwards and swaps. Topics covered will include arbitrage, Binomial and Black Scholes pricing models, hedging, swaps and the increasingly critical role of derivatives in the financial system.

Job Requirements

Candidates must possess a Master's degree in a related area, as well as five years of related work and/or teaching experience. Alternatively, a candidate may qualify with a Ph.D. or related terminal degree.
