Accounts Receivable Specialist Jobs

Robert Half is in search of an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a fast growing organization in the Kemptville region. This is a full-time/permanent role on site.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and payments through the accounting software
• Invoice collections and follow up
• Perform account reconciliations
• Preparation of client statements
• Respond to and resolve client inquiries
• Review and generate invoices
• Perform daily cash management duties, including recording of bank deposits in the accounting software
• Communicate discrepancies to the PM team and identify slow paying customers

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate articulately and efficiently
• Detail-oriented and have a strong ability to handle high volumes
• Proficient with accounting software
• Excellent communication skills
• Post-Secondary Education in accounting or finance would be an asset
• 2+ years’ relevant experience in this position
