Finance Accounts Receivable Assistant

Overview:

$18.00 / hour

Candidates must be a minimum age of 18 years. Contract period runs from August 2023 until February 2, 2024

• Liaise with sales reps and a large customer base (400-700).
• Have other opportunities to learn and expand your knowledge.
• Be responsible for collecting millions of dollars through daily phone calls.
• Process cash adjustments.
• Ensure ticket returns are scanned and credited correctly.
• Problem solve and assist with account reconciliation.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Access, and Excel).
• Full-time availability that includes working weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
