Job Description

ERP College is looking to hire a full-time Academic Program Manager


:

This position will ensure that the Academic Department operates effectively, efficiently, and professionally. This position will assist the Campus Director and will interact frequently with the teachers, trainers, and students.


Education: Diploma, Degree in Business Administration, or related industry experience


Experience: At least a minimum of 3 years of work experience in the education industry. Alberta Private College's work experience is an asset.


Skills:

  • Working experience in MS Word and MS Excel is required.
  • The ability to work multicultural environment
  • Must have a working knowledge of or the ability to learn and use Google Classroom.
  • Must have a team working environment experience
  • Must know how to operate and troubleshoot electronic office equipment, computers, and peripherals, maintain moderately complex filing systems and records, and make mathematical calculations.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills are required.


Roles and Responsibilities:

Perform the following duties for the Academic Department:

  • Preparing Course/Academic Calendar
  • Maintain Course Materials Inventory
  • Manage Classroom schedules
  • Maintain student data for evaluation and reporting
  • Teachers schedule
  • Maintain confidentiality of records and information.
  • Maintain strong communication between the Campus Director, Trainers, and students.
  • Maintain Resource requirements of the Academic department
  • Originate, distribute, and deliver to recipients all academic degrees and certificates
  • Maintain the inventory of books and equipment of the academic department.
  • Prepare and review academic instructor paperwork for approval by the academic
  • Student/teacher attendance
  • Perform other tasks assigned
  • Assist in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the department
  • Coordinates meetings and appointments for the academic department.
  • Order supplies needed by the department
  • Manage Classroom Assignments
  • Collect and organize students' academic records (Grades, Attendance, and other records)
  • Assist in developing and reviewing course curriculum and syllabi
