Organiser, participer et documenter les rencontres de démarrages de projets pour chacun de nos projets

Organiser et coordonner les estimations à produire

Effectuer le suivi des appels d’offre public et présenter les pertinents à l’équipe d’estimation

Maintenir les bases de données des projets à soumissionner

Faire les conciliations bancaires, de carte de crédit, les écritures et les fermetures de périodes des différents comptes

Effectuer les écritures de journal relatives à la conciliation bancaire (frais bancaires, PPA, etc.)

Effectuer les remises gouvernementales (DAS, TPS, TVQ, etc.)

Concilier les comptes de dépenses et les cartes de crédit

Effectuer les entrées de données et le cycle comptable complet

Effectuer les écritures comptables de tenue de livres

Validation des factures avec le bon de commande et bon de livraison

Codification par projet des factures au bon grand-livre

Saisie des factures dans le système comptable Avantage

Émission des chèques suivant les termes de paiement

Demande des quittances des fournisseurs

Suivi des dénonciations de contrats
