Work collaboratively with and support the Executive Assistant/Office Manager

Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant

Proficient in Microsoft Office, experience with Adobe Reader considered an asset

Maintain boardroom bookings and monitor main office phone line

Proficient in Microsoft and property management systems, preferably Opera

Previous experience in the construction and/or maintenance of municipal services infrastructure is an asset.
