Senior Change Management Consultant Jobs

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Consult with clients at various levels to conduct needs and impact assessments, identify gaps and develop change management plans & strategies.

Act as workstream lead for change management activities in the projects.

Develop and adapt workshops and training material aligned to the project change management plan.

Post-secondary education and/or professional certification (CTDP, Adult Education, Instructional Design, PROSCI, ACMP, etc.)

Collaborates with client account teams and project managers to deliver project excellence.

5+ years of experience in change management, with a focus on organizational change initiatives.

HR change management experience is strongly preferred

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.

Develop and execute change management plans to support organizational change initiatives, such as restructuring, system implementations, and process improvements.

Develop and implement project plans, visualizations, and change management plans including communications, training, sponsor engagement, and people leader engagement plans

Identify areas for continuous improvement in change management processes and tools, and develop and implement solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build change management capabilities within client organizations.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in change management, preferably in a consulting or client-facing role.

Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, tools, and frameworks.

Exceptional project management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple client projects concurrently.

Professional certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) are highly desirable.

Collaborate with clients to assess their change needs, identify gaps, and develop tailored change management strategies.

You have at least 1+ years of technical working experience in the use of the ServiceNow change management/problem management/incident management module(s).

You also have at least 1+ years of technical working experience in the use of CMDB (ServiceNow’s Configuration Management Database).

You will apply a structured methodology and lead technology change management activities within your change portfolio.

You support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications.

You will provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.

You have completed a post-secondary education.

1-3 or 3-5 years of relevant WFM work experience with UKG (Kronos) and current certifications

Completed undergraduate degree with outstanding academic credentials or equivalent work experience

Experience in Canadian Healthcare, in staff scheduling and/or timekeeping is a strong asset

Staff scheduling, timekeeping experience is required

Strong knowledge of organizational change management practices and the ability to coordinate implementation processes within the OPS-wide environment.

Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills to establish working relationships, influence and support promotion of the project.

Strong oral and written communication skills to prepare reports, presentations, learning programs/materials, briefing notes and recommendations to senior management.

Knowledge of financial management framework and planning, budgeting and forecasting within large organizations is an asset.

Have demonstrated knowledge of project management methodology and practices to assist with project planning components

Experience And Skill Set Requirements

Develop and implement change management strategies, plans and framework

Leads stakeholder management, including identification and analysis of key stakeholders, and the development of stakeholder engagement strategies

Be an active and visible coach to support leaders, partners and stakeholders in their role as change champions

3-5 years change management experience on medium to large scale organizational change efforts and projects

Strong time management skills in an environment with multiple competing priorities

Change management experience directly related to Workday, or SAP/SuccessFactors

Lead and facilitate change management meetings with business stakeholders related to changing business processes, impact assessments and technologies

Proven negotiation skills and the ability to manage conflict by actively listening to others

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Communications, Education or relevant field

A change management certification or designation is desired

Comprehensive knowledge of change management principles and practices

Proven experience of change management work stream from initial vision setting to post implementation change sustainability

Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching, and project management skills to support change processes

Lead the development and execution of end-to-end enterprise-wide change management activities for small to large scale initiatives

Certification(s) in Organizational Change Management (Prosci, CCMP, etc.)

5-10 years of progressive experience in Organizational Change Management

Leads change management components from design, through implementation and assessment for transformation initiatives.

Generates original ideas, formulates strategies, proposes change strategy, and develops innovative change management.

Keeps current on research and trends in the change management/business transformation discipline.

Anticipates, identifies, mitigates, and manages resistance.

Work with organizations to build knowledge and expertise of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.

8+ years’ experience in a Change Lead, Change Manager and/or Management Consultant role, on medium to large transformational projects.

8+ years’ demonstrated experience in development of training, communication, and change management programs and plans.

Experience working directly with senior management and leaders of the organization.

Strong conflict management, interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).

Ensure the alignment of change management activities with participating stakeholders to smooth the adoption process, resulting in successful implementation.
