Role: IT Organizational Change Management Consultant

• 5+ years of IT ACSM experience; at least 2 years within the consulting industry

• Experience with cloud migration, ideally to Microsoft Azure

• Excellent communication skills - written, presentation and white board Executive presence

Prosci certification preferred but not required

Good understanding (and work experience) with IT Operations and IT Service Management

Deep knowledge of specific ACSM (Adoption and Change & Service Management) domains.

Deep knowledge of ITIL/ITSM for cloud operations. Either ITSM and ITIL certification, LEAN certification, OR Six Sigma certification is required.

5+ years of IT ACSM experience; at least 2 years within the consulting industry

Experience with cloud migration, ideally to Microsoft Azure

Excellent communication skills - written, presentation and white board Executive presence.

Expertise experience in Project Management and performance management

Experience with supporting Learning, Change Management and Communication

Create and implement change management strategies to roll out changes related to the D&A community and enable adoption

Plan Strategically and coordinate activities in the D&A community to build engagement, foster knowledge sharing, and grow capabilities

Excellent leadership skills and experience leading matrixed teams

Develop strategies to grow the D&A community skills level and advance D&A maturity through learning and engagement

Work with organizations to build knowledge and expertise of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.

8+ years' experience in a Change Lead, Change Manager and/or Management Consultant role, on medium to large transformational projects.

8+ years' demonstrated experience in development of training, communication, and change management programs and plans.

Experience working directly with senior management and leaders of the organization.

Strong conflict management, interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).

Ensure the alignment of change management activities with participating stakeholders to smooth the adoption process, resulting in successful implementation.

Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build change management capabilities within client organizations.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in change management, preferably in a consulting or client-facing role.

Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, tools, and frameworks.

Exceptional project management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple client projects concurrently.

Professional certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) are highly desirable.

Collaborate with clients to assess their change needs, identify gaps, and develop tailored change management strategies.
