Project/Program Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills with an ability to monitor/track performance of projects and programs for enterprise success.

Industry Experience: In-depth knowledge of the insurance sector and industry trends.

Education: University or Post-Graduate Degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.

Strategic Leadership in Operations Management:

Quality Standards: Experience developing quality standards programs in an operational context.

Promoting and driving innovation and continuous improvement throughout the department and across FSRA related to department programs, services, and initiatives.

Strong project management, prioritization and planning skills in designing and re-designing strategic clinical transformation and process improvement

Demonstrated excellent business skills in the effective management of resources.

Knowledge of business analysis and project management methodologies.

Lead reviews of staffing resources, working relationships, associated workflows and current patient care experiences.

Comprehensive knowledge and expertise in the use of process improvement tools and methodologies.

Knowledge of health care disciplines and their role in health care.

Superior organizational and time management skills to manage and prioritize workload;

Master's Degree in social sciences, humanities, STEM or business administration, or acceptable combination of equivalent experience

Experience synthesizing findings in written reports, presentations and other informational materials

Experience researching and analyzing market data including performing market research, competitive landscape analysis and environmental scans

Experience with grant development and grant writing with a track-record of success
