Strong project planning, management, and communication skills

Serve as a key resource on projects and initiatives that require involvement or directly impact Finished Goods Sourcing cost management

3-5+ years' experience in product manufacturing and Supply Chain

Lead collaborative discussions with teams in identifying and documenting business pain points and opportunities for solution planning

Support in the creation or evolution of tools and processes for costing activities

Create needed Process and/or Training documentation and help to educate and enroll affected teams

Strong written and verbal communication and computer skills are required

Deadline-oriented and strong prioritization skills a must

Positive outlook with a strong work ethic required

Excellent organizational, project management, and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.

Experience in financial management and reporting.

Manage the AI Hub’s financial operations in accordance with college policy and external funder requirements.

Provide technical guidance on complex Artificial Intelligence project requirements.

Recruit, hire, and manage employees, assign work, allocate resources, and optimize team performance and professional capacity.

Three to five years of relevant industry experience and demonstrated ability in fields and technologies relevant to artificial intelligence project opportunities.

Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Coordinate event set-up logistics and communication with clients.

Review order details to be loaded for events.

Deliver and/or set-up equipment at events.

Driver's License. Access to a vehicle is not mandatory, but advantageous.

Can work wellindependently and with a team

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Years of Experience: 3-5 Years

Knowledge of SAP MM, SCM, EWM modules would be an asset.

Knowledge of SQL considered an asset.

Strong leadership and collaboration skills.

Provide strategic support, critical analysis, guidance and advice related management of the Youth Hub , Youth Hub Advisory Group

Respond to emergencies and incidents managing critical care, response and follow-up with staff, volunteers, customers, management and emergency teams.

Provide strategic support, critical analysis, guidance and advice to the Youth Hub management team.

Educational background in finance and/or economics, data analytics, data management.

Support data management and data quality control.

Make use of completed models for the purpose of doing data analytics.

Support development of dashboard and business intelligence tools.

Support updating tables with historical data.

Understanding of Microsoft power platforms, Microsoft Office, Sisense, Snowflake.
