Specific Qualifications or Experience Required:

The Senior IT Operations Shift Manager is responsible for the following functions:

· Experience supporting an enterprise Server environment including Microsoft and Unix operating systems.

· Experience with Operations monitoring practices and tool sets.

· Experience with ITIL processes [E.g. Change, Incident, Problem] required and ITIL designation preferred.

A combination of education and experience in the field of office administration/ management

Responsible for organization wide calendar management and oversight.

Works closely with the Director of Facilities and Assets to manage third party IT contractors.

Provides knowledge sharing and training to new users on Microsoft 365 suite.

Provides administrative and maintenance support for the SharePoint system including user education.

Strong communication and prioritization skills.

Good understanding and experience of real-time analytics, data stores, data modelling, data management, analytic tools, and languages

Work with cross-functional teams to help define master data management governance rules within a data mesh enterprise environment

Lead Capacity Planning and Management activities to ensure that Data & Integrations will be able to scale with the growing business

Translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications including defining data collection and database schema requirements

Hand-on knowledge and understanding of Snowflake (Warehouse, Streams, Task, Data Shares etc.) as well as Oracle EBS & EPM

10+ years of software engineering experience Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, and 3+ years in a lead role

Strong project planning, management, and communication skills

Serve as a key resource on projects and initiatives that require involvement or directly impact Finished Goods Sourcing cost management

3-5+ years' experience in product manufacturing and Supply Chain

Lead collaborative discussions with teams in identifying and documenting business pain points and opportunities for solution planning

Support in the creation or evolution of tools and processes for costing activities

Create needed Process and/or Training documentation and help to educate and enroll affected teams
